All school sites will be open on Monday for students to get any materials they need, but normal in-class instruction will be suspended until April 13. Students will be expected to begin their packets or online instruction. Please say turned into information because this is a changing situation. It will be our hope to have our libraries open for students who need access. Breakfast and lunch will be provided through the high school in a pick up and go fashion.

Notice
I am meeting with the county health department, doctors and the other superintendents from the county today at 12:00. We will be determining when and for how long schools will need to be closed. This is a unique situation and it is important to get the best information available. Please look for a posting at 2 pm for an update. I am fully aware of the reasons to close and stay open.

Opportunity available for students to access reading at home at the student's ability level! Brookside students can read at home using an app called Kids A-Z (https://www.kidsa-z.com/main/Login). This is set up by teachers; each class has its own code, and each student has a separate username and password. At home, students can practice reading and advance through reading levels. If you are not sure how to log-on to Kids A-Z, contact your child's teacher. https://www.kidsa-z.com/main/Login (each class has its own class code)

Brookside students go online to the Clever website and practice your math fun! Here is the website: https://clever.com/in/willits-unif-school-district Your child's username and password were sent home on Friday 3/13/2020 on a sticker on the manilla envelope with the independent study packet. The username is the 6 digit Perm ID. The password is the child's birthdate in this format: x/x/xxxx (EX: 1/3/2012 or 10/31/2012). Once you log-in, it will prompt you to make a new password. Have fun!
